We DO NOT sell or share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except applicable title insurance companies that have subscribed to TitleInsuranceQuotes.org, or as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
Access to Personally Identifiable Information

Sharing information with our participating title insurance companies.
At your direction (when you click on the "Submit" button), the information that you provide to us to request quotes for title insurance will be sent and presented to up to five participating title insurance companies that have subscribed to the TitleInsuranceQuotes.org network for the particular county(s) in which the subject property is located. After these title insurance companies receive your information, they may contact you directly via phone, email or other communications. As our member title insurance companies may keep and use your information whether or not you order title insurance from them or use their services, we recommend that you contact them directly for more information about their specific privacy policies.
Agent and or service providers that you use:
Agents
We use an outside credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.
Service Providers
We use other third party title insurance companies to provide quotes for title insurance. When you submit a request for a quote for title insurance, we will share the information you submitted on our quote form (i.e., name, address, email address, telephone number, fax number, property address purchase price and/or loan amount and your role in the transaction) to up to five third party title insurance companies for their use in preparing a quote and thereafter contact you.
These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

Rather, individuals requesting quotes for title insurance will be contacted directly from third title insurance providers who have subscribed to TitleInsuranceQuotes.org for the purpose of providing quotes for title insurance and who are interested in gaining your business.
