Use of this Web Site is limited to (i) consumers and professionals who are considering the purchase of title insurance for themselves (or on behalf of another person or entity) and have a bona fide interest in obtaining competitive quotes for title insurance for a pending or future real estate transaction or refinance (“Inquirer”); and (ii) licensed and/or legally authorized title insurance agents and underwriters who have subscribed to the TitleInsuranceQuotes.org network for the purpose of providing fair and accurate quotes for title insurance and related closing costs to Inquirers (“Members”), as well as those interested in becoming a Member.

By completing a request for competitive quotes for title insurance or an application to become a Member, you represent and warrant that the information provided therein is complete and accurate in all respects. TitleInsuranceQuotes.org retains the right, in its sole discretion to reject any application for TitleInsuranceQuotes.org membership or to not forward to Members any inquiry for title insurance which it deems non-credible.

By becoming a Member, you warrant and represent that every quote you provide to every Inquirer will be fair and accurate and include all applicable and pertinent charges, and otherwise in compliance with all applicable State and Federal Laws. In the event that certain charges are intentionally omitted or assumptions are made in order to provide said quote, such omissions or assumptions must be prominently displayed and disclosed to the Inquirer at the time of delivery said quote.

Web Site is Only a Venue.

The Web Site is a venue for Inquirers and Members. TitleInsuranceQuotes.org is not involved in the actual transaction between Inquirers and Members. As a result, it has no control over whether the quotes for title insurance and related closing costs provided by Members are complete or accurate or in compliance with law. While all Members are required to be a licensed or legally authorized to do business in the states in which they subscribe as well as an authorized agent of at least one reputable title insurance underwriter, Titeinsurance.com does not warrant same and can neither be held responsible for any acts, omissions or misrepresentations of any Member or any Member’s violation of the Terms of Agreement or Privacy Statement. Titleinsuracne.com does not endorse or otherwise vouch for the quality or credibility of any Member and no Member shall, at any time, represent that it’s company or services are endorsed by TitleInsuranceQuotes.org.
Fees for the Service TitleInsuranceQuotes.org offers subscriptions to title insurance agencies and underwriters on a per county basis within the United States.

Members pay a monthly membership or subscription fee for the right to receive leads, via email, on inquires for title insurance by Inquirers for properties located in the counties in which such Members have subscribed to. It is then up to each Member to communicate directly with each Inquirer and provide a complete and accurate quote for title insurance and related closing fees. Inquirers should be aware that Members are motivated to provide quotes for the purpose of gaining the Inquirers business.

TitleInsuranceQuotes.org is free to Inquirers. TitleInsuranceQuotes.org does not receive any fees or additional compensation for title insurance policies sold by any Member or purchased by any Inquirer.

Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge that this Web Site, any software used in connection therewith, and all content contained on this Web Site, is owned by TitleInsuranceQuotes.org and contains or consists of proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. TitleInsuranceQuotes.org retains full and complete title to the foregoing software, materials and information and to all of the associated intellectual property rights contained on the Web Site. You may not redistribute or sell the material, nor may you reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise convert it to any other form usable by humans.

The logos, trade names, and product and service names contained on this Web Site are the trademarks and service marks of TitleInsuranceQuotes.org or its third party providers. You agree not to display or use in any manner such logos, trade names, product names, or service names without the prior written permission of TitleInsuranceQuotes.org. TitleInsuranceQuotes.org also retains ownership of the "look and feel" of this Web Site, including color combinations, buttons, layout, and other graphical elements.

Notices

Except as explicitly stated otherwise, any notices to TitleInsuranceQuotes.org regarding this Agreement shall be sent to info@TitleInsuranceQuotes.org. Any notice to an Inquirer or Member shall be given to the name and address provided to TitleInsuranceQuotes.org
Indemnification

Each Member agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TitleInsuranceQuotes.org, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and third party suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Jurisdiction

Any claim relating to the Web Site or your use of it shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions, and you agree that jurisdiction and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this Web Site shall be in the state or federal courts located in Florida, Florida.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event a dispute of any kind or nature arises under or related to these Terms of Agreement, TitleInsuranceQuotes.org may, at its option, commence an arbitration proceeding in lieu of instituting an action in a court of competent jurisdiction, by providing to you a demand for arbitration. The parties shall, within thirty (30) days of such demand for arbitration, select a mutually agreeable arbitrator and submit the dispute to such arbitrator for binding arbitration, through the Palm Beach County American Arbitration Association Regional Office, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. If the parties are unable to agree upon an arbitrator, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration fee shall be paid or reimbursed by the non-prevailing party, as determined by the arbitrator, who shall also award appropriate attorneys' fees and costs to the prevailing party

Modification of these Terms of Agreement

TitleInsuranceQuotes.org reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this Web Site is offered, and your use of the Web Site following any such changes shall be deemed to constitute your consent to such modified Terms of Agreement. You agree to regularly review these Terms of Agreement to verify whether they have been changed.

Termination

Anything contained in this agreement, or among the Web Site or within its marketing materials notwithstanding, TitleInsuranceQuotes.org retains the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or otherwise terminate the membership of any and all Members at any time for any reason whatsoever. In such case, TitleInsuranceQuotes.org’s sole responsibility shall be to refund a pro-rata amount of any pre-paid subscription fees to each such Member.
